Damages Due to Improper Use
If the product is damaged due to improper use or handling, we are unable to accept a return for the item. However, we understand accidents happen, and we are happy to assist you. You can contact customer service for a free replacement part, with only the shipping cost to be covered. Alternatively, if you place a new order, simply let us know, and we will ship the replacement parts along with your new order at no extra shipping cost.
