Direct Purchases Within First Year: For knives purchased directly from Real Steel Knives, we offer a comprehensive coverage for the first year from the purchase date.
- If your product experiences malfunctions or requires replacement parts within the first 3 months from purchase, we'll gladly send replacement parts free of charge and cover the shipping costs. For replacements requested after 3 months, a nominal shipping fee of $15-$22 will apply.
